As the fragrant concoction brews, a refreshing honey like aroma drifts out of the spout. A sugar cube or two gently neutralises the bitterness. CANDLE ETTIQUETTE

Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Burn for 4 hours initially and then up to 2-3 hours thereafter to allow the wax to melt evenly and safely.
